Service areas in Aurora: the city limits decide where a DEN ride can be reserved
The service areas in Aurora follow the city limits, not the mailing address. Pickups and drop-offs are taken for any street inside the City of Aurora, in its parts of Adams, Arapahoe and Douglas counties, and the airport is the other end of every ride.
Where the mailing city and the city limits part ways
The Post Office names a mailing city by ZIP code, and the city limits do not follow ZIP codes. Some streets with an Aurora mailing address, in the 80014 and 80015 ZIP codes, sit in a neighboring city or in unincorporated Arapahoe County. North of I-70 near Tower Road, a few neighborhoods that feel like Aurora are part of Denver.
The office checks every street against the city boundary in the Census Bureau's geography before it places a request. If yours is outside, the written answer says so in its first line, and nothing is sent to the car company.
What every ride has in common
One end is a street inside Aurora; the other end is the terminal at Denver International Airport. A ride between two addresses in the city, or to any other airport, is outside what the office reserves.
